Kombucha has a way of reminding me of our place in the beautiful cycle of life and of our amazing ability to adapt, grow anew and impart benefits on those around us.
Kombucha is made from sweetened tea and a scoby (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast). This mixture is then left to its own devices for several days and with a little love and care, develops into the probiotic powerhouse drink we’ve come to cherish it for.
