It might come as a shock to hear that we think about more than just kombucha and cultured food around here, but it’s true. Actually, we think about a lot and if we’re being really honest, probably not always in a healthy way. With so much negativity, hate, divisiveness and fear plastered to every screen or piped through every earbud, it can be hard not to think yourself into a negative space.
Here’s the thing, though. When you start consciously refocusing your attention to the things happening in YOUR life that bring you joy, satisfaction and success, you often find you have more bandwidth to manage negativity and fear.
So, for the month of November within which we are reminded to give thanks, we challenge you to do just that.
